Flat Fee Billing

I do not believe in the traditional method that many attorneys use to bill clients, namely the billable hour.  I charge a flat fee for my services.  The flat fee gives you cost certainty as well as peace of mind that during the course of your case when we communicate by phone or email that you are not being billed anything additional for my time.  All charges are all built into the flat fee and you will never pay more than the fee that I quote you.  Also, please keep in mind that any initial phone/email contact and your initial face-to-face consultation are free of charge.  I accept most major credit cards and also offer payment plans if your case qualifies.  Please feel free to contact me for more information on flat fee billing by phone at 412-429-4360, by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
