James K. Paulick is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and practices in Southwestern Pennsylvania from our offices in Pittsburgh and Mt. Lebanon. James received his bachelor's degree in computer science from Wheeling Jesuit University. He then worked for ten years at PPG Industries in various high tech and managerial positions. While at PPG, James attended Duquesne Law School and graduated with honors (cum laude).

James focuses his practice in criminal and DUI defense and he offers our clients a very aggressive defense. James’ computer science degree and 10 years working in the information technology field make him very well-versed in computer crimes. James uses his real world computer experience to plan a defense strategy to anyone who has been charged with a crime involving a computer.

With his 10 years of IT experience, he can offer a unique perspective to the challenges E-discovery imposes upon individuals and small corporations.
